Job summary

ORAU in Oak Ridge, TN, is seeking a Facility Project & Procurement Coordinator to support the Facilities Management Services team. The role involves procurement tracking, budget preparation, SOW/IGCE creation, and compliance documentation to ensure projects run smoothly and within regulations.

You will work with the FMS leadership, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, maintain audit-ready files, and help manage service agreements and cost estimates for construction and facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience in facilities or construction procurement
• Experience in acquisition and planning of construction and facilities-related projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with government procurement requirements
• Knowledge of DOE procurement requirements and labor standards

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of SOWs, IGCEs, and project budgets
• Gather vendor quotes and track purchasing through procurement
• Coordinate documentation for PRO‑101 and DOE requirements
• Maintain organized project files with version control and audit readiness
• Coordinate cross-functional project communications and meetings
• Prepare and submit Labor Standards packages to DOE (SCA/DBA)
