Job summary

Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) seeks a seasoned Operations Lead for Records, Property, Relocation, and Transportation Services. You will oversee records, fleet, and mail operations, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across DOT, DOE directives, and ISM plans.

The role drives continuous improvement and customer-focused service within the ORISE contract framework. You will direct EEOICPA project activities, supervision of RPRS and TS staff, and collaborate with HR and ES&H

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10 years of related experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of budgeting, property, fleet, records principles and regulations.
• Project management skills to lead initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee records, property, fleet, relocation, shipping/receiving, and mail services.
• Lead and manage the EEOICPA project and FOIA management.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, DOE directives, and ISO 9001/14001 standards.
• Coordinate training and development within RPRS and TS teams.
• Support director with performance metrics, budget oversight, and contract requirements.
