- Strong attention to detail for matching bills of lading and received items.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced receiving environment.
Responsibilities
- Receives and scans all inbound packages.
- Ensures all incoming packages are in good condition.
- Verifies bill of lading matches with received items.
- Delivers packages throughout the facility and obtains signatures.
- Handles customer service inquiries regarding inbound packages.
- Processes outgoing packages.
- Monitors shipping supply inventory and orders supplies.
- Maintains package tracking software system and resolves issues.
- Coordinates delivery trucks in and out of delivery bays.
- Secures loading dock by locking down bay doors when not in use.
