Responsibilities

• Check emails and enter order info, accept EDI data, and scan documents into the system.
• Identify customers’ special instructions and relay to teammates for action.
• Confirm receipt of orders with customers via email.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure orders and data are processed promptly.
• Update internal reference spreadsheets as needed.
• Review discrepancies in data received or processed.
