Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics quality or related areas.
• 2+ years leading Quality Auditors.
• Experience with process audits and root-cause analysis.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and PFMEA.
• Proficient with SAP/Oracle/Manhattan/BFO and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound.
• Lead and develop Quality Auditors across shifts.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues.
• Lead problem-solving using PRB/8D, DMAIC, A3, 5 Whys, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Define corrective actions with owners, deadlines, and verification.
• Conduct layered process audits and inspections.
• Control nonconforming material and blocked stock.
• Develop PFMEAs and control plans; maintain QMS records.
• Deliver executive presentations on quality performance and risks.
• Partner with operations, QA teams, suppliers, and carriers to close actions.
