Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Atlanta is seeking a Quality Manager for CSA Logistics to establish and govern logistics quality controls across distribution centers, freight carriers, and 3PL partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, you will oversee quality standards, audits, and corrective-action governance to convert quality from a cost to a source of savings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
3+ years in quality management, distribution center operations, warehousing, freight transportation, or logistics operations.
2+ years leading quality audit programs, root-cause investigations, and CAPA governance.

Responsibilities

Establish, govern, and maintain logistics quality standards, audit frameworks, and CAPA governance across internal DCs, carriers, and 3PL providers.
Lead root-cause investigations into shipping damage and delays to identify preventable losses.
Standardize packaging specs, palletization, load securement, and transport quality protocols.
Analyze claims data and damage metrics to quantify financial exposure and savings.
Collaborate with Procurement and Transportation to drive corrective actions with freight providers.
Track audit compliance, CAPA closure, and leadership reporting.
