Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Transportation Manager – CSA to translate strategy into reliable daily shipment execution. You will oversee freight, mentor a team, monitor KPIs, and lead optimization initiatives across North America.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in domestic transportation operations, and 3+ years in people leadership. Hybrid schedule at the Atlanta Digital Hub with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (see above).
• 5+ years of experience managing domestic transportation operations.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily domestic shipment execution and escalations.
• Supervise and mentor transportation professionals.
• Monitor pickup adherence and shipment tracking across lanes.
• Resolve capacity and service issues with facilities and partners.
• Lead KPI reviews and standard operating procedures.
• Manage budgets and support transportation initiatives.
• Assist in deployment and continuous improvement projects.
