Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support startup activities, process implementation, training, and operational readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices.
• Assist with post-implementation stabilization and project handoff.
