Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support startup and launch activities for new customer operations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, action plans, and launch deliverables.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, HR, Finance, IT, and customers throughout the launch process.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, track project progress, and drive issue resolution.
• Support staffing, training, equipment installation, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure launch milestones are completed on time and within project expectations.
• Assist with post-launch stabilization and transition activities.
