Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
• Experience conducting tracking and data analysis.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory tracking and shipping with 3rd party vendors to maximize efficiency.
• Develop, facilitate, and document processes to continually improve asset transfers between sites.
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with transportation carriers and warehouses to ensure outcomes.
• Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, and procedural efficiencies.
• Forecast equipment needs based on proposed business plan.
• Maintain knowledge of building types and how that drives equipment needs.
• Identify and resolve equipment needs and mitigate risks with business groups.
• Develop, write, and establish logistics processes for Procurement Development to optimize the network.
• Create and communicate status updates to support efficient decision making.
• Other duties may be assigned.
