Job Title: Logistics Project Professional 1

Duration: 12 Month with Possibility of Extension

Pay Rate: $21.00/HR on W2

Shift Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support project logistics operations by coordinating supplier communication, material availability, transportation status, and logistics execution. This role ensures smooth movement of materials, timely reporting, issue resolution, and support for project logistics management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update, and communicate logistics-related information including:
  • Stock and order status
  • Contract information
  • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics service providers to ensure timely material flow.
  • Analyse operational logistics status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify changing logistics conditions and implement alternative corrective actions.
  • Prepare and communicate deficiency reports and status reports regarding material and product availability.
  • Support Project Logistics Management (PLM) in tracking project supply requirements.
  • Document and manage transport complaints, shortages, and damage claims.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, procurement, or project support experience
  • Master’s degree or equivalent entry-level advanced qualification accepted
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain coordination, or technical business operations
  • Ability to manage non-routine tasks independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination ability
  • Experience working with logistics systems, reporting, and documentation
