Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BS Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 4–8+ years in engineering design in supply chain or logistics.
• Minimum 1 year in industrial/logistics engineering capacity.
• Minimum 1 year of project management in logistics.
• Advanced PM skills with independent delivery capability.
• Strong warehousing and transportation operations knowledge; data skills (SQL/Access).

Responsibilities

• Independently manages complex engineering projects and multiple projects.
• Applies supply chain methodologies and tools.
• Provides team leadership as SME on supply chain design.
• Identifies process gaps and implements improvements.
• Establishes KPIs, measures, and data analytics.
• Supports sales with proposals and presentations; develops solutions.
• Recommends engineering design and supply chain strategies.
• Interacts with customers, sales and ops to create value propositions.
• Plans resources and leads cross-functional communications for project success.
