Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support USARCENT Staff Augmentation in the G4 (Logistics) Directorate at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. You will analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support leadership decisions.

The role requires DoD experience, strong briefing and report-writing skills, proficiency with MS Office, and U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications

Experience in program analysis or logistics planning within a DoD environment.
Strong analytical, briefing, and report-writing skills.
Working knowledge of DoD program/budget execution processes.
US Citizenship required.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Must complete a favorable background investigation and obtain a DoD CAC within specified timelines.
Security training within first 30 days and annually thereafter.
No travel required for this position.

Responsibilities

Analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Prepare programmatic status reports, briefings, and decision papers for command leadership.
Track program milestones, funding execution, and resource allocation.
Support program reviews, working groups, and process-improvement efforts.
Coordinate with resource management and contracting staff on program-related matters.
