Qualifications

• Experience in program analysis, logistics planning, or DoD.
• Strong analytical, briefing, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of DoD program and budget execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must obtain DoD CAC within two weeks.
• Must complete security/IA training within 30 days.
• No travel required.

Schedule Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (30-minute unpaid lunch)

About the Role

You'll support the G4's contract portfolio management and logistics planning functions, providing programmatic and analytical support to G4 leadership.

What You'll Do

• Analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Prepare programmatic status reports, briefings, and decision papers for command leadership.
• Track program milestones, funding execution, and resource allocation.
• Support program reviews, working groups, and process‑improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with resource management and contracting staff on program‑related matters.

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in program analysis, program management support, or logistics planning within a military or DoD environment.
• Strong analytical, briefing, and report‑writing skills.
• Working knowledge of DoD program/budget execution processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security, anti‑terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat‑awareness and operations‑security refresher training.
• Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
• No travel required for this position.
