Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support USARCENT Staff Augmentation in the G4 (Logistics) Directorate at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. You will analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support leadership decisions.

The role requires DoD experience, strong briefing and report-writing skills, proficiency with MS Office, and U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Experience in program analysis or logistics planning within a DoD environment.

• Working knowledge of DoD program/budget execution processes.
• US Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must complete a favorable background investigation and obtain a DoD CAC within specified timelines.
• Security training within first 30 days and annually thereafter.
• No travel required for this position.

Schedule Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (30-minute unpaid lunch)

About the Role

You’ll support the G4’s contract portfolio management and logistics planning functions, providing programmatic and analytical support to G4 leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Prepare programmatic status reports, briefings, and decision papers for command leadership.
• Track program milestones, funding execution, and resource allocation.
• Support program reviews, working groups, and process-improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with resource management and contracting staff on program-related matters.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience in program analysis, program management support, or logistics planning within a military or DoD environment.
• Strong analytical, briefing, and report-writing skills.
• Working knowledge of DoD program/budget execution processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat‑awareness and operations‑security refresher training.
• Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
