Job summary

Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC seeks a Program Analyst to support the USARCENT Staff Augmentation — G4 Directorate at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. This full-time contract role focuses on logistics planning, analytic support, and programmatic reporting.

You will analyze data, prepare briefings and status papers for command leadership, track milestones and funding, and coordinate reviews with cross-functional teams. U.S. citizenship and DoD familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in program analysis, program management support, or logistics planning within a military or DoD environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation and obtain a DoD CAC within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security training within the first 30 days and annually thereafter.

About the Role

You’ll support the G4’s contract portfolio management and logistics planning functions, providing programmatic and analytical support to G4 leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

• Track program milestones, funding execution, and resource allocation.

What You’ll Need

• Strong analytical, briefing, and report-writing skills.
• Working knowledge of DoD program/budget execution processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat‑awareness and operations‑security refresher training.
• Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
• No travel required for this position.
