Job summary

Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC seeks a Program Analyst to support USARCENT HQ logistics portfolio at Shaw AFB, SC. You will provide programmatic and analytical support to G4 leadership and coordinate with staff on related matters.

The role emphasizes data analysis, report preparation, and milestone tracking within a DoD environment, with a focus on clear briefing materials and budget execution knowledge. This is a Full-Time contract contingent on award, requiring U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in program analysis, logistics planning, or DoD.
• Strong analytical, briefing, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of DoD program and budget execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must obtain DoD CAC within two weeks.
• Must complete security/IA training within 30 days.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics program data, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Prepare program status reports, briefings, and papers for leadership.
• Track program milestones, funding execution, and resources.
• Support reviews, working groups, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with resource management and contracting staff.
