Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive delivery for Supply Chain and Logistics technology solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have domain expertise in logistics, strong communication, and experience aligning stakeholders with engineering and product leadership. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Domain expertise in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define business problems, objectives, constraints, and expected outcomes.
• Define and document Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate operational workflows and business processes into detailed product requirements.
• Establish product vision, objectives, success metrics, and sprint goals.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business priorities.
• Support quarterly planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting activities.
• Ensure delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria and business expectations.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
