Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive technology solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value using Agile methods.

Ideal candidates will have domain expertise in logistics and strong communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Our candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with logistics and supply chain technology and strong Agile/SDLc knowledge is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across business and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PRDs defining problems, objectives, constraints, and outcomes.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Translate workflows into detailed product requirements.
• Establish product vision, objectives, success metrics, and sprint goals.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned to priorities.
• Support quarterly planning, roadmaps, and capacity forecasting.
• Ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria and expectations.
• Coordinate demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
