Cognizant is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive supply chain technology solutions. You will translate business needs into detailed requirements, manage the backlog, and partner with operations, engineering, and UX/UI teams to deliver business value through Agile practices.

The role emphasizes logistics domain expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with stakeholders and leadership. Occasional travel to warehouse visits and planning sessions is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in Product Ownership, BA, or related roles in logistics tech.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC.
• Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Domain expertise in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for visits and workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Own product backlog and drive PRDs, epics, user stories, and criteria.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and UX/UI teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, grooming, reviews, retros.
• Define sprint goals and measure delivery against KPIs.
• Coordinate demos and stakeholder reviews of releases.
