Job summary

Peckham, a nonprofit community vocational rehabilitation organization, is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to analyze logistics operations and identify efficiency opportunities. You will design and implement process improvements, support automation initiatives, and monitor impact across departments.

The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, leveraging data to drive ROI, and maintaining alignment with ISO 9001 standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in process improvement or related experience.
• Knowledge and experience of ISO-9001 requirements.
• Ability to pass and maintain Federal and State background checks.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Research, design, and recommend process improvements to enhance logistics operations, automation, and system enhancements.
• Support the execution and monitoring of process improvement projects.
• Stay current on industry trends by attending trade shows, conferences, and professional development events.
• Establish department processes and procedures, metrics, and plans.
• Provide direction, guidance, and support during planning and launch of new initiatives.
• Advise management on new developments, ROI calculations for projects and capital purchases.
• Read, analyze, and implement requirements outlined in contracts, specifications, and guidelines to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
• Assist with oversight and guidance of team members as needed.
