Qualifications

• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Research, design, and recommend process improvements to enhance logistics operations and automation.
• Support execution and monitoring of current and future process improvement projects.
• Stay current on industry trends by attending trade shows and professional development events.
• Establish department processes, metrics, and plans.
• Provide direction and support during planning and launch of new initiatives.
• Advise management on developments and ROI calculations for new projects.
• Read and implement requirements in contracts and guidelines for accuracy.
