Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to maximize operational efficiency across multiple distribution centers. The role emphasizes continuous improvement using defined metrics, Six Sigma approaches, and data-driven decisions to enhance both company and partner performance.

You will document best practices, develop training materials, and support layout redesigns, quality monitoring, and performance pay initiatives. Strong communication with partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two years' experience with process engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiency using defined metrics; continuously improving operational performance while optimizing company and partner measures.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through regular communication and execution of KPIs.
• Communicate with partners to handle escalated service issues or complaints.
• Develop standard of work and supervisor strategy; document methods; create a Client Book illustrating best practices for training.
• Assist in starting new projects with observed rates, production history, and estimated production rates for Capstone Performance Pay solutions.
• Reengineer layout to maximize efficiencies; develop quality and production monitoring tools.
