Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical Process Improvement Lead / Process Engineer with experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or related roles.
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment environments.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow design, and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational processes to increase throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation using Visio.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma tools to identify waste, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure process performance.
• Drive cross-functional projects from analysis through implementation and sustainment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or related roles
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment environments
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow design, and value stream mapping
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and operational data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams

Preferred Background:

• Experience with organizations such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Ryder, Chewy, Lowe's Distribution, Walmart Distribution, or similar high-volume operational environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
