Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Chicago, IL, to develop pricing strategies, optimize contract pricing, and improve yield across loads, lanes, and accounts. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with Sales and Operations to drive RFP success and timely reporting.

You will manage pricing analytics, maintain dashboards, and implement process improvements with a strong emphasis on accuracy and urgency.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing or pricing analysis in logistics or related analytics.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to translate data into actionable pricing decisions.
• Proven communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership experience or potential preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and nested formulas.

Responsibilities

• Deploy pricing strategies for existing and new contract book of business.
• Develop enhancements to pricing engine and yield strategies at lane, load, and account level.
• Identify and implement process improvements with leadership to improve efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact between Sales and Operations on RFPs and reports.
• Maintain dashboards and ensure data integrity in Snowflake and Tableau.
