Job description

SEWS—Ohio Customer Service Center

Although located at SEWS – Marysville Office, this is a Hybrid position, which combines both in-office and off-site work. Associates are required to work at least three days in the office each week but also have the flexibility to work off-site.

Responsibilities:

1. Invoice collection/receipt and file/data management
2. Upload invoices into the tracking system and assign proper GL codes
3. Audit invoices, correct errors, and resolve problems
4. Communicate internally and externally for problem solving
5. Meet weekly processing/reporting deadlines and participate in end-of-month review and accounting close
6. Participate in improvement activities and perform other invoice processing duties as assigned
7. Make CIA/Kaizen recommendations to meet or exceed minimum requirements
8. Create and complete 6-9 month projects related to the job by deadlines
9. Rotate vendor assignments for invoice processing
10. Perform reconciliations and other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or accounting
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in invoice processing and logistics-related settings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including root cause analysis and reporting
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Professional demeanor, patience, and ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural organization
• Ability to work independently and in a team
