SEWS—Ohio Customer Service Center.Although located at SEWS – Marysville Office, this is a Hybrid position, which combines both in office and off-site work.Associates are required to work at least three days in the office each week but also have the flexibility to work off-site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Invoice collection/receipt and file/data management
- Invoice upload into invoice tracking system, assignment of proper GL code
- Invoice auditing, error correction, problem solving
- Internal/external communication as needed for problem solving
- Weekly processing/reporting deadline and End of month review and accounting close
- Improvement activity team membership and other duties related to invoice processing as determined by supervisor and management
- CIA/Kaizen recommendations (meet/exceed minimum requirements
- Create 6-9 month project related to the job/perform and complete by deadline
- Adapt to rotation of vendor assignments for invoice processing
- Per reconciliations and other project task and assigned by manager
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree required in business or accounting
- 3-5 years progressive experience with invoice processing and logistics related setting
- Problem Solving & communication skills including root cause analysis, summarizing and reporting
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Professional demeanor, patience, willingness to thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural organization
- Able to work independently or with a team
