Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an Analyst – Operations Products & Strategy to lead analytical tool development for the Air Traffic Strategy and Dispatch teams within the NOC. You will design, deploy, and present solutions that support performance goals and inform product strategy.

Based in Chicago and Arlington Heights, this hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of analytics experience, and the ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in business, operations, analytics or similar.
• 2+ years of relevant analytics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with cross-functional groups and build relationships.
• Willingness to travel 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytical tools supporting Air Traffic Strategy and Dispatch.
• Design, build, and activate tools and enhancements for business needs.
• Create presentations and performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology teams to ensure tool requirements meet operational needs.
• Analyze large volumes of data to assess product health and inform strategy.
• Coordinate with training/change-management teams for tool launches.
