Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Parts Coordinator to manage the movement of parts and materials within a fast-paced warehouse. You will package, label, and ship/receive items, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires safe forklift operation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and documentation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and inventory.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and materials.
• Package, label, and prepare parts for shipment according to customer and company specifications.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect materials for damage.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Organize and stage materials for shipment and production needs.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and shipping procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking as needed.
