Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Export, PA is hiring a Logistics Associate. This hybrid role combines shipping/receiving, supply room duties, and customer service to manage inventory and coordinate shipments.

Pay is $18–$20 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, in Export, PA. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of using Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations.
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Process incoming shipments: unload deliveries, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and stock inventory.
Prepare outgoing shipments: pick, pack, label, and coordinate carrier pickups for ground and freight shipments.
Track orders and shipments using computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools.
Communicate with vendors regarding order status, invoices, and shipping timelines.
Enter invoice and shipping tracking information accurately.
Provide general office support: answer phones, coordinate virtual calls via Teams, and assist with supply room tasks.
Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth operations.
Lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
