Job summary

Valknut Automation in Nashville, TN seeks a detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods across warehouse and transportation operations for contract logistics customers. You will ensure on-time delivery, accurate records, and cost-effective service while acting as the primary contact between internal teams, carriers, and customers.

You will analyze performance data, generate reports, and support continuous improvement in warehousing and transport workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or operations, preferably within a contract logistics or 3PL environment.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse processes and inventory control.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of TMS and Excel for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and warehouse teams.
• Monitor receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch to meet customer requirements.
• Track order status, shipment details, and inventory in logistics systems.
• Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and customers.
• Communicate shipment updates to customers and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with carriers to optimize routes and schedules in line with SLAs and cost targets.
• Escalate challenges and support cross-functional problem-solving.
• Support continuous improvement in warehousing and transportation workflows.
