Job summary

Kalven Group Of LLC in Concord, NH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, schedule, and track shipments across multiple modes to ensure on-time pickup and delivery. This full-time on-site role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

You will work with carriers and internal teams, update status in our systems, resolve service issues, and help with routing decisions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess shipment options, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to work with carriers, internal teams, and customers in a professional, timely manner.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain management principles to support efficient movement and coordination of goods.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), spreadsheets, and basic office software.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, business, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities
