DHL eCommerce is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the United States (Ohio, Stow) to oversee mail and small parcel operations at the Distribution Center. You will assign tasks, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality in daily fulfillment.

Role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in logistics and process improvement. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided within a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Understanding of Small Parcel Logistics.
• Experience with process improvement tools such as 5S.
• Supervising and driving improved production standards and automation.

Responsibilities

• Assign work, set completion dates, review work, and manage performance.
• Supervise mail/parcel processing, quality, and transportation to achieve quality and profitability.
• Ensure proper staffing by department and shift.
• Conduct performance reviews, coach and train employees.
• Monitor equipment and ensure production standards are met.
• Review KPI and safety reports and take corrective actions.
