This role drives continuous improvement and cost-efficient processes while aligning with DHL eCommerce policies.

The position emphasizes leadership, KPI monitoring, safety compliance, and collaboration with HR and on-site clerks to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or preferred.
• Understanding of Small Parcel Logistics.
• Knowledge of and experience in improving operations quality and safety programs.
• Experience in applying process improvement tools such as 5S.
• Supervisory experience with production standards and automation utilization.

Responsibilities

• Assign work, set completion dates, review work, and manage performance.
• Supervise employees, parcel processing, quality, and transportation.
• Establish teamwork and empowerment; ensure staffing by department and shift.
• Conduct performance reviews and train direct employees.
• Monitor equipment and ensure production standards are met.
• Support distribution center business plan through accurate fulfillment.
• Review KPI and quality reports; take corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Suggest measures to improve production methods and efficiency.
