Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning and objective setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontline associates, building a culture of inclusion and safety.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; provide reports and recommendations.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Foster open communication between leadership and frontline teams to align goals.
