Job summary

SwiftX is seeking motivated Management Trainees for an Operations Leadership Program in Corona, CA. The one-year, four-phase rotation develops leaders through hands-on operations, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship.

Participants will gain experience in warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and leadership training, with placement into leadership-track roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or above, within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotation phases to learn warehouse, hub operations, data analysis, and leadership development.
• Lead assigned projects and operational initiatives during rotations.
• Support KPI achievement and leadership development throughout the program.
