Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk I to manage timely movement of parts and materials onsite in West Henrietta, NY. You will handle shipping preparation, labeling, and outbound dispatch while ensuring compliance with ACE export filings and ERP-backed receipt processes.

The role demands 2–3 years of logistics experience, proficiency with SAP ByDesign and ACE/AES, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of logistics experience.
• Experience with SAP ByDesign and ACE/AES for export filings preferred.
• Familiarity with Fedex/UPS software and shipping workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site with PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials using ERP systems and verify shipments.
• Prepare, package and label finished goods for shipment.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and arrange carrier pickups.
• Generate packing lists, bills of Lading and shipping labels.
• File export documentation through ACE and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and safe storage practices.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and shipping teams to resolve issues.
