Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments using manual methods or pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Verify quantity and quality of received materials against purchase orders.
• Record received materials accurately in the computer system.
• Pull resale items from stock and match to customer orders and paperwork.
• Match manufactured products to picking sheets and prepare complete shipments.
• Package items securely with appropriate materials and containers.
• Create shipping labels and enter shipment details in company systems.
• Choose shipment methods according to established procedures and rates.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Document shortages, damages, returns, and discrepancies; notify relevant stakeholders.
• Stock shelves and assist with cycle counts; move materials around the facility.
• Notify customers when pickups are ready and coordinate with internal teams.
