Job summary

Safran Trusted 4D, Inc in West Henrietta, NY seeks a Logistics Operator to ensure timely movement of parts through manufacturing, coordinating shipping and export filings to ACE and related regulatory requirements.

The role supports production flow and acts as a key liaison among production, logistics, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP ByDesign and ACE/AES for export filings (preferred).
• Experience with Fedex/UPS software.
• Well versed in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to perform common warehouse tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Systematically receive raw materials using the ERP system.
• Prepare, package, and label finished goods for shipment following company and customer requirements.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups with carriers and ensuring on-time dispatch.
• Generate and process shipping documentation (e.g., packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels).
• File export documentation through the ACE system in compliance with U.S. export regulations.
• Verify accuracy of shipments, including part numbers, quantities, and documentation prior to release.
• Perform physical inventory counts.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve material or shipment issues.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized work areas and support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.
