Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED plus a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities required.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Provide supervision and control for all departmental activities; assist in retention and training; conduct staff meetings and address performance issues.
• Oversee performance statistics.
• Establish, monitor, and revise policies for customs clearance operations per regulations.
• Communicate with operations manager regarding progress and issues.
• Maintain flexible work schedule including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Participate in and/or supervise department projects.
