Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Government contracting experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget is preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening and obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team, relay information to management, and guide daily work activities.
• Create team schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance for productivity.
• Assess performance and identify areas for improvement to meet goals.
• Analyze and improve processes ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Train and onboard new hires and set performance targets.
