Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising teams in customer service, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with inventory control practices and warehousing methods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through supervision, training, and direct assistance of customer service and warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
• Generate and monitor reports, KPIs and operational metrics on a weekly basis.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction by understanding customer expectations.
• Author SOPs and ensure procedures and best practices are followed.
• Drive efficiency, monitor productivity, and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Receive and resolve escalated complaints and issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and system reconciliation.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in development of the operational budget.
