Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in freight operations or logistics with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of freight handlers and operational staff.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and freight handling to meet deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and packaging in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate freight movement records.
