Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, 3–5 years in freight operations, and strong leadership. Proficiency with WMS/TMS, excellent organization, and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of freight operations or logistics experience, with supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of freight handling processes and regulations.
• Proficiency with WMS and TMS in daily operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise freight handling teams and operation staff.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and freight handling activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and packaging per regulations.
• Plan and prioritize freight operations to meet deadlines.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maximize efficiency.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and stakeholders to coordinate movements.
• Provide safety training and enforce safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory control, cycles counts, and reconciliation.
• Prepare operational reports with performance metrics.
