Job summary

Allegro Home Delivery is seeking an Operations Specialist – Logistics to support day-to-day routing and order lifecycle execution, while analyzing performance data and solving fulfillment challenges to enhance service and cost outcomes.

You will drive continuous improvement across markets, collaborate with partners and customers, and use data-driven insights to optimize delivery operations and fulfill commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in route planning, dispatch or transportation logistics (final mile preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design efficient delivery means using data to meet customer expectations and optimize cost.
• Assign and verify fulfillment partners for deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor routing and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer service to address delivery issues and escalations.
• Produce reports and data extracts for internal teams and customers.
