Qualifications

• Supply Chain or Logistics experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with customers.
• Strong analytical skills are a must.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
• B2B customer service experience.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Critical thinking and strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage CDDS domestic warehouse and transload operations and customers as assigned.
• Provide operational oversight and process management of the Century domestic product offering.
• Assist in developing SOPs for all accounts and define service scope.
• Identify resources needed to deliver customer requirements.
• Monitor market activity to mitigate negative impacts.
• Deliver on commitments to enhance Century's reputation.
• Utilize VIZIV to improve team efficiency.
• Investigate ways to streamline operations and reduce waste with 3PLs.
• Identify opportunities to improve gross margin.
