Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support at the location
• Codes delivery manifests and prepares billing
• Compiles statistics from manifest data and prepares reports
• Inputs delivery information into the system
• Assists with dispatching as needed
• Handles settlement problems with owner/operators
• Contacts customers to confirm delivery details
• Checks postponements and cancellations against manifests
• Prepares purchase orders for signature
• Answers phones and types correspondence
• Maintains department files
