Qualifications

• Logistics experience preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of managing accounts and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer contacts to ensure support.
• Build, schedule, and track shipments for select accounts.
• Escalate transit delays to sales or customer contacts.
• Organize load board management from tender to invoicing.
• Collaborate with Account Growth Manager for efficiency and service.
