Responsibilities

• Build relationships and develop rapport with customer contacts.
• Build, schedule, and track shipments for select accounts.
• Escalate delays and issues affecting service.
• Organize load board management from tender to invoicing.
• Work with Account Growth Manager for operational efficiency.
