Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to meet federal transportation worker training requirements within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain Teamsters Local 959 membership upon hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Terminal Operations through shipment tracking, freight documentation, logistics coordination, customer communication, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure freight moves accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting stakeholders and partners.
• Utilize CargoWise, EAM, and Mainsail to track shipments and movement.
• Audit bills of lading and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal channels.
• Coordinate container logistics and freight movement with carriers and partners.
• Contribute to teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.
